AVA
A fantastic forest awakens. The air seems to move between the species, the flamboyant trees, the paradisiacal flowers. A flock of wild birds draws the eye above the canopy… AVA seems to be straight out of wonderful African story. Interpreted in the style of Henri Rousseau, a pioneer of naïve art, this dreamlike landscape displays a frankness in its style and colours that calls for freedom. It is produced on a linen and cotton base with a three metre drop using screen printing, with soft colours to suit the natural composition of the fabric. It is then entirely hand-embroidered. This life-size and poetic representation radiates beautiful serenity. It is not surprising that the word AVA in Iran means “bird” and also “life” Designed for curtains and available in two shades, AVA coordinates with the “Kandy” wallpaper.
